All of our treatment rooms and facilities conform to the standards set by the medical Healthcare Commission.

Principled Recommendations

We only recommend the right treatments for our patients and will not perform treatments on clients with potential contraindications. Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire during consultation and prior to treatment. Cosmedicate reserve the right to refuse treatment in instances where the procedure is considered unsuitable for the client.

Professional Integrity

Cosmedicate personnel will only communicate realistic expectations to clients, with regard to the anticipated results from aesthetic procedures.

Discretion

Cosmedicate clients are assured of complete professional discretion and privacy at all times. All client records are maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Cancellation Policy

We require a twenty four hour notice period for cancelled appointments and due to the high volume of our bookings, request that clients advise of cancellations as early as possible in order for us to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment.

Consultation Fee

A consultation fee is chargeable on certain treatments. Clients will be notified of the applicable fee when booking their appointment.
